Description

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing a world class shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, feedback, complaints or compliments via our generic email or Changi airport Group feedback portals, answering questions, and resolving customer’s issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

As a Bowling Executive, you will report to our Senior Bowling Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operations & Facilities: Oversee daily centre operations, including lane assignments and ensuring facilities (house balls/shoes) are organized and sanitized.

• Financial Management: Manage front-desk cashiering duties, including transaction processing and daily end-of-day payment reconciliation.

• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes to enhance their experience and satisfaction with TWC programmes.

• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in queries promptly and effectively.

Customer Service

Work Hours
