1. 8. Prepare and submit monthly KPI and expenditure reports. Ensure monthly expenditure is within planned budget.
9. Provide support in all internal and external audits and partnering with the Quality Manager to follow up with action plans to ensure proper closure on audit findings related to facility management.
10. Able to leads, plans, execute and manage project in relation to new warehouse set up, new office renovation, operations expansion and/or warehouse migration project.
