1.              Job Description

We are a logistics company seeking a resourceful and independent Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s overall financial reporting and internal control functions to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.

2.              Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the daily financial operations
• To ensure timely completion of the monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (“SFRS”), and other statutory and tax requirements.
• Prepare the annual budget and review variances.
• To manage the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors, regulators and tax agents.

3.              Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experienced in audit, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Planning, managing and coordinating construction activities
• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures

• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
• Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
