Job Responsibilities

• Provide contract/ operation/ service leadership and participates in developing and implementing consistent policies, procedures, controls in contract execution
• Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for services, review regularly in the light of changing business and operational needs
• Meet contractual manpower needs and standards – ensure proper induction program in place, skills upgrading, career development and retention
• Effective employee management and ensure compliance with local government legislation
• Drive employee and customer engagement process and improvements
• Ensure all statutory compliance and being the primary contact in respect of all contracts services and undertake risk assessments, organising emergency procedures, liaising with clients by informing them of the developments
• Develop systems/ programs to improve quality, efficient utilisation of equipment and materials and the productive use of labour

Requirements

• Min Degree or Diploma in Management or relevant professional qualification or closely related field with minimum 2 or more years of progressive management experience working in a hospital environment services industry
• Able to excel in a dynamic and demanding hospital environment while effectively leading, organizing, and managing people for facility services projects
• Knowledge of contracts, documents, management of Systems/ methods/ tools/ equipment/ materials and administrative procedures in a business-focused environment
• Effective negotiating and influencing skills with a positive and forward looking proactive approach

Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 8am to 530pm, Sat - 8am to 12pm (Alt Sat)

Salary: up to SGD 5,000

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to support the planning, coordination and execution of Tatler Asia’s regional marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives during a maternity coverage period.

As a lean regional marketing function, this is a highly hands-on role that combines campaign planning, management, execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting and operational oversight across multiple concurrent projects and launches.

The role will work closely with regional editorial, commercial, product and design teams, as well as local market teams across Asia where required, supporting a range of brand, audience growth and commercial-focused initiatives.

During this period, the role will support key regional initiatives including Tatler Best, Tatler Gen.T Summit, Tatler Most Influential, Tatler 50th Anniversary and other cross-market campaigns spanning hospitality, dining, community-building, thought leadership and signature events.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven, able to manage cross-functional coordination while ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently across markets. This role will play an important part in driving brand visibility, audience engagement, community growth and any other marketing campaign objectives across Tatler Asia’s regional marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Management

• Support the rollout and execution of regional marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and stakeholder alignment
• Manage pre, launch and sustenance phases across key Tatler brand initiatives and events
• Drive day-to-day execution and follow-through across campaign workstreams
• Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across channels and markets

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with editorial, commercial, design, product and local market teams
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies and vendors where required
• Manage timelines, follow-ups and operational coordination across stakeholders
• Support alignment across brand messaging, campaign priorities and launch timelines

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Maintain campaign trackers, rollout plans and reporting structures
• Support paid media coordination and campaign performance tracking
• Assist with CRM, content rollout and audience engagement initiatives
• Support budget tracking and overall marketing planning coordination
• Handle ongoing operational and administrative marketing workflows where required

Strategic Ad-hoc Projects

• Strategically support ongoing regional marketing initiatives including partnership activations, workflow optimisation projects and marketing operations improvements
• Help maintain continuity across ongoing business priorities during the coverage period

Preferred Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management or brand marketing
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Strong organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable operating both strategically and executionally in a lean team environment
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable handling multiple concurrent priorities
• Experience in media, luxury, lifestyle, events or regional organisations is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM, paid media, reporting and campaign planning workflows preferred
