Responsibility

• Manage order processing through PSA Haulier Community System (HCS) and handle permit declarations via CrimsonLogic.

• Process customer payments and courier services, preparing accurate shipping documentation in coordination with shipping lines or agents.

• Coordinate transport arrangements with haulage teams, warehouse staff, and depot operations to manage cargo staging, storage, and release.

• Prepare and generate reports, including TradeNet Import/Export submissions and monthly accruals.

• Support billing preparation by closing HCS orders, verifying charges, recording company costs, and attaching supporting receipts and correspondence.

• Verify shipping documentation, update systems, and ensure timely billing closure, while performing ad-hoc duties to maintain smooth operational workflow.

• Support ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, excel)
• Familiarity with PSA HCS and TradeNet is an added advantage

Primary Responsibilities:

Provision of Security

• The primary role of a Security Officer is to protect life and property against pandemic crisis, theft, vandalism, misappropriation, fire, flood or similar disaster on assigned shift in compliance with government, corporate and management directives.
• Conducting routine patrols with his teams, looking out for suspicious persons, fires, mischiefs or safety hazards.
• Ensure the physical safety of the property by checking that all doors, windows, lights, equipment, locks and emergency equipment are locked to prevent any unlawful entry and responds to any distress calls and alarms.
• Ensure all the fire alarm and security systems, such as main fire alarm/ sub alarm panel, public address system, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and panic alarm, lightings are working properly and reports of any breakdown or defect of the systems to the management.
• To assist guests and associates for their requests for security assistance and to follow-up with the necessary
• To assist guests with luggage, if front office associate is not available.

Writing and Submitting Reports

• Conduct investigations of any incident from reports from subordinates and takes any follow up actions and submission of comprehensive reports to management of any findings.

Job Description & Requirements

· Work in a team to manage the day-to-day estate operational matters in the Division

· Report to Property Manager of the division

· Involve in the inspection of horticultural works, conservancy cleaning, upgrading building projects, building maintenance issues and all other estate maintenance related works

· Manage and maintain residential and commercial properties in the division

· Liaise with and supervise contractors

· Attend and follow up on feedback from residents

· Carry out enforcement actions related to common property and open space by laws

· Prepare and maintain proper admin and paper documentation
