The Role: Your Impact

This is a consultative role for a professional who understands that water is a critical utility for the modern office. You won't just be selling hardware; you’ll be advocating for a seamless, tech-forward hydration experience.

Your mission is two-fold:

1. Sales: Partnering with office managers, facility, design and construction companies to ensure our solution is integrated into new and existing office blueprints seamlessly.

2. Lifecycle Excellence: Upholding our commitment to "unparalleled service" by managing service contract renewals and nurturing long-term client trust.

Key Responsibilities

1. EcosystemRelationship Building

• Cultivate a deep network of Interior Designers (IDs), Architects, Developers, Workplace Consultants and key stakeholders to have our solutions specified in new and existing commercial fit-outs.
• Act as a strategic partner to Facility Managers and Office Managers by identifying opportunities to upgrade, optimise or expand their existing hydration infrastructure in line with workplace needs.

2.Strategic Pipeline & Project Management

• Project Tracking: Own the lifecycle from opportunity identification and design consultation through to quotation, tender, award, and final installation.
• Solution Development: Assess clients’ current hydration setups and propose tailored solutions that enhance performance, user experience, sustainability, or capacity as their workplace evolves.
• Retention Leadership: Manage the service renewal portfolio, providing proactive proposals that reinforce our commitment to uninterrupted service.
• Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a clear, data-driven view of active prospects, upgrade opportunities, and ongoing projects.

3.Market Intelligence & Innovation

• Identify emerging workplace trends, design practices, and client pain points to unlock opportunities for system enhancements and new solution offerings.
• Provide structured feedback on client requirements and competitor positioning to support the continuous improvement of our hydration and wellness solutions.

Who You Are

• Experienced: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Account Management, or Solution Selling (experience in the commercial/built environment is a plus).
• Consultative: You enjoy solving client problems and positioning high-tech solutions rather than just pushing a product.
• Independent: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Growth-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting targets and the drive to develop new markets.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee a team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants. This may include oversight of multi-disciplinary care providers such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, medical social workers and others.

Leadership Management

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the resident’s care activities and provide supervision ensure delivery of competent, safe and quality nursing care rendered at all times.

Quality and Patient Safety

• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of health and Singapore Nursing Board

• Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Ensures quality audits are planned and conducted periodically. Follow up with areas for corrective improvements
• Promote evidence-based practices or nursing care delivery
• Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the nursing care delivery
• Identify opportunities and lead QI initiatives, nursing research and QI projects.

Care Delivery

• Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible
• Direct care of the residents to ensure compliance to standards

Staff Resources

• Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services

Staff Development

• Direct and facilitate staff development, skills and competency upgrading through various opportunities. These may include formal education, in-house training or approved online learning programmes
• Guide orientation/induction programmes and preceptorship for all new staff

Others

• Assist Director of Nursing to coordinate, conduct and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Support the Director of Nursing in Nursing Home Management and Deputizes in his absence
• Participate NH activities/events and committees as assigned by DON

Job Responsibilities :

· Conduct AML/KYC periodic reviews on high risk and high net worth customers as well as customers who are public figures.

· Provide advice to staff regarding due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, internal policies and local regulations

· Review and analysis of transactions surveillance alerts

· Review and analysis of name screening alerts

· To assist and facilitate the training for the staff of Business

· Handle ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements :

· Degree of relevant discipline

· 7 - 8 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in the private banking industry

· Sound knowledge in AML regulatory requirements

· Able to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks assigned within tight deadline

· Exhibit positive attitude and a good team player

· Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Mandarin speaking colleagues in Taiwan.
