The Job  

As the Sales Administration Executive, you will assume a pivotal role within the Sales department, playing a critical part in overseeing administrative operations to ensure the flawless execution of the entire sales cycle. Reporting directly to the General Manager, APAC excluding China, you will champion best practices and strive to achieve departmental performance metrics and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Sales reps in strategising retailer account planning and development, actively contributing to the attainment of departmental KPIs and revenue goals

The Assistant Sales Manager (Automotive Parts) is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets, managing key account relationships, and optimizing inventory turnover. You will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and commercial strategy, ensuring that customers receive the right components with maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

We are looking for a self-motivated marketing and sales operations personnel who will oversee our company's strategic marketing efforts and sales operation workflow. In this role, you will partner with our CCO to develop a detailed marketing strategy, building awareness and positioning for our company's brands and products as well as overseeing company conferences, trade shows and major events. You will manage the sales operation workflow, partnering with the Business Development managers on pipeline management, post PO sales processes, as well as associated sales reporting. 

Role Descriptions

• Partner closely with Business Development team to understand the market challenges and growth goals and build a multidimensional marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives. 
• Support the product marketing function, partnering with Products and Business Development team to convey the professionalism and differentiation of our product offerings. 
• Leveraging support from business team, drive competitive analysis, develop 4P market intelligence strategies and support cross-channel sales campaigns include: events, email programs, account-based marketing, digital marketing and 3rd party programs to help team to achieve sales KPIs. 
• Lead the planning, development and implementation of effective marketing communication campaigns, including managing campaigns on social media, in line with go-to-market strategy. 
• Develop and maintain quality and up-to-date marketing collaterals including brochures, letters, intranet and website. 
• Manage the marketing leads funnel through multiple channels including email, website, social media, tradeshows, events and warm introductions. 
• Undertake research into clients and prospects and produce related reports. 
• Design, implement and oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing. 
• Work closely with Media Houses, PR Newswire and partners to curate and publish our press releases. Ensure the right target audience and market is reached for respective press releases. 

Role Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent. 
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or a related field. Previous experience in B2B product marketing or renewables industry and/or startup environment is a plus. 
• Excellent communication, copy-writing and problem-solving skill.

Program Management

• Escalation Management & Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, and wider group) to deliver rapid resolutions or proposed alternatives.

• Issue Triage & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Triage and manage customer issues/concerns based on severity and complexity, conducting root cause analyses with internal teams and communicating findings and supporting explanations back to the customer.

• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Proactively track customer performance, intervening when customer satisfaction is at risk, and identifying future gaps or needs that require long-term solutions (e.g., raising Change Requests).

• Stakeholder Communication: Support a co-owned responsibility for continuous improvement by analyzing reporting data, articulating detailed findings in regular customer business reviews, and establishing follow-up and corrective action plans.

• Process Design & Governance: To enhance current processes and implement process documentation by contributing to the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new projects and existing accounts.

Onboarding (non-technical) and Project/Campaign Management

• Account Manager Enablement: Establish and maintain centralized repositories for standard API documents and customer questionnaires to ensure Account Managers (AMs) are fully prepared.

• Technical Onboarding Coordination: Translate customer questionnaire information into standardized templates, accurately raising Change Requests (CRs) in JIRA with appropriate labeling to the Tech team to streamline the process and minimize manual work.

• Resource Advocacy: Actively participate in bi-weekly Tech CR prioritization meetings to advocate for and secure required technical resources for projects.

• Integration & Setup Management: Develop and manage generic setup guides and platform-specific integration processes (e.g., Shopify, Shopcada email processes). Co-manage specialized settings (e.g., enabling ATL, ODD) during critical New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.

• Post-Launch Hypercare: Lead the mandatory 2-week post-go-live "hypercare" period as dedicated co-support with the AM to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU), with authority to proactively extend the period based on project complexities.

• Project Go-Live Communication: Communicate go-live statuses, starting dates, and specific service scopes for new accounts and projects to all relevant internal stakeholders during weekly or ad-hoc meetings.

• System Awareness: Proactively inform the broader sales team of upcoming system enhancements or technical migrations (e.g., future replacements of the ePOD portal).

Requirememts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding industry

• Customer facing roles preferred with experience in key account program and onboarding management.

• Working knowledge of MS and Google tools, WMS and/or TMS systems is preferred

• Experience in Project management, warehousing, transportation, supply chain design

• Able to conduct business requirement workshops, align with operations and IT on the proposed solutions
