·      The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for security monitoring, threat detection, and incident investigation within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Role Summary

As a Data Engineer in the Lakehouse and AI Data Platform team, you will design, build, test and support data pipelines and curated datasets on the firm’s modern data platform. You will work across ingestion, transformation, modelling, optimisation and data quality, helping to deliver data products that are reliable, scalable and fit for purpose.  Where there are gaps in platform functionality, you may also contribute to shared tooling or framework components that improve how the platform is used and operated.

• Prepare management reports to support business planning, budgeting, project costing, and forecasting activities
• Identify and communicate future risks and opportunities through rolling forecasts to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct P&L analysis by product to inform strategic and commercial decision-making
• Support cash flow planning to ensure effective liquidity management
• Continuously improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting quality and efficiency
• Prepare a full set of management accounts accurately and timely
• Compile annual reports and coordinate the year-end audit process with auditors
• Collect and organize tax-related information for income tax computation and manage GST (Singapore) and SST (Malaysia) submissions in compliance with regulations
• Execute other finance-related and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and finance business partnering
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, analytical skills, and project management
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment with regional exposure to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore group accounting
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and accounting systems

• Hands-on experience in full set accounts and Singapore GST and Malaysia SST submissions

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the ServiceNow Platform and expertise in the ITIL framework.

• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.

• Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including user story grooming and sprint participation.

• Process Tools: Advanced expertise in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis.

• Certifications: Must hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Certification; Business Analyst-specific certifications are highly preferred.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, contribute to key architectural decisions, and provide solutions across multiple cross-functional departments.
