• Work with freight forwarders to fix issues

• Maintain proper document storage (digital & physical)

• Help with admin tasks as needed

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Basic data entry and compliance knowledge

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)

• Good communication skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Available for after-hours/weekend permit checks (Paid OT)
