Job Description:
1.1.1.    Overseesthe team of RN/EN, NA/HA under her charge.

1.1.2.    Responsiblefor compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.

1.1.3.    Leadsquality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality andappropriateness of nursing care of the ward.

1.1.4.    Ensuresquality audits are planned, conducted periodically and follow up withcorrective improvements.

1.1.5.    Ensureswritten policies and SOP is available and up to date to guide nursingpractices.

1.1.6.    Providesdirect care to patients to ensure compliance to standards.

1.1.7.    Ensuressmooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to communitywhere possible.

1.1.8.    Ensuresappropriate skill mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and typesof services for area under his/her purview.

1.1.9.    Directsand facilitates staff development, skills and competency upgrading throughin-house training, approved online learning or formal education opportunities.

1.1.10. Guidesorientation/induction programmes and preceptorship for all new staff.

1.1.11. Preparesroster and daily staff assignment for the ward/department.

1.1.12. Supportsthe SNM in nursing home management and deputizes her in her absence.

1.1.13. Workswith Allied Health on preventive and rehabilitative programs for the Residents.

1.2.     SecondaryResponsibilities and duties (20%)

1.2.1.    Promotesevidence-based practices or nursing care delivery.

1.2.2.    Demonstratesawareness of current nursing and health care practices.

2.2.3   Monitors and analyses trends and changingneeds of patients in
institutional settings.

2.2.4    Carries out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A execution, joint venture formation, investment, or business development.
• Solid knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and passion for creating and scaling new businesses.
• Experience in Southeast Asia markets is an added advantage.
• Industry exposure to real estate, environmental, forestry, or timber-related businesses is an added advantage.
• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields is an added advantage.
