Location: Benoi (Islandwide transport)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $3800 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price
• Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system
• Process sales orders and order amendment in system
• Track, expedite and update customers on order status
• Follow up payment, forwarder details with customers
• Work with factories, warehouses and forwarders to arrange dropship, local and export shipment
• Prepare manual, system invoices and other shipping documents and handle documents filing
• Review LC draft, prepare and collate documents from various factories for LC presentation
• Coordinate with related parties on non-warranty claims
• Communicate and provide timely responses between customer, sales, operation and factory
• Generate and update sales order backlog reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in business or related fields with minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Oracle system experience is preferred

Develop wealth management strategies for clients:

- Create tailored wealth management plans aligned with client goals

Analyze client portfolios and optimize wealth plans:

- Review and analyze client portfolios and wealth plans

- Identify areas for optimization and improvement

- Implement changes to enhance portfolio performance and alignment with goals

Focus on long-term wealth goals and legacy planning:

- Help clients set and achieve long-term wealth goals (e.g., retirement, legacy)

- Consider estate planning, tax efficiency, and intergenerational wealth transfer

- Provide guidance on philanthropy and charitable giving strategies

Weekly Payout

• Responsible for Sales Revenue of allocated country/countries.
• To work with Sales Manager and/or Management to set Sales budget and business objectives for allocated market.
• To engage Utilities, Consultants, OEMs and Industrial Customers to promote, pursue of enquiries, secure orders, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and ensure timely collection of Accounts receivable.
• To gather market intelligence on tenders, projects, competitions, and work with OEMs, and customers to ensure our products are qualified.
• To assist in generating monthly Sales report on allocated market.
• To assist in generating timely Sales Call report (one week after date of visit or sooner).
• To assist in development of Sales Administration Team.
• To conduct joint visit with our principals to customers as and when necessary.
• To explore other business opportunities that are consistent and within scope of Company business scope.
• To determine Sales margin consistent with Sales Manager, Company directive and/or in consultation with the management.
• To handle technical queries from customers.
• Any other work / projects that maybe assigned as deemed appropriate from time to time.

Requirements:

• Poly Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Upsell existing clients’ other enterprise solutions
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and using various Media platforms
• Plan and Execute sales plan such as meeting clients, preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations for clients
• Assist in new clients’ acquisition
• Assist in managing client accounts
• Any other ad-hocs as assigned

Requirements:

• Positive attitude & independent
• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
