About the Role!

As a Business Development Associate based in Singapore, you will play a crucial operational and administrative role in supporting our Business Development Managers. Similar to a Relationship Manager Assistant, you will ensure the seamless execution of the sales cycle by processing leads, facilitating client follow-ups, and managing scheduling. This position offers more responsibility than an internship, providing an excellent stepping stone for individuals looking to build a robust career in business development and financial technology.

Who This Role Is For

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Meeting Support

o Accompany the BD team to client meetings and pitch sessions

o Take detailed notes on meeting content, client requirements, and commitments made

o Prepare and send post-meeting follow-up communications, ensuring all action items are captured and actioned

● Client Follow-Up & Documentation

o Track client document submissions and monitor completeness of onboarding materials

o Liaise with the Onboarding and Compliance teams to stay current on Account Opening status

o Escalate delays or anomalies to the Director promptly and help push resolution

● Transaction Monitoring

o Monitor client trading activity once accounts go live

o Identify friction points, process delays, or client-side issues and flag them to the Director immediately

o Coordinate client meetings as needed, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-through

● High-Touch Client Tracking

o Serve as the BD team's tracker across all priority client relationships

o Maintain an up-to-date client status log so the pipeline is always visible at a glance

o Proactively identify moments that require Director-level intervention and prepare relevant context ahead of time

Requirements:

● At least 1 year of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or a related field

● Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is needed to liaise with Chinese speaking clientele.

● Have strong social and business connections to provide potential clients/leads to the business

● Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

● Prior experience with client-facing roles or onboarding processes preferred

● Comfortable operating with autonomy and proactive by nature

Job Purpose

The Executive / Senior Executive, Security (Enforcement & Validation) is responsible for executing security operations and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enhance workforce vigilance, and strengthen the public transport (PT) network security. This position requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and reports to the Manager, Security (Enforcement & Validation).

Responsibilities

• Validating ground security measures through audits and inspections to meet system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements.
• Assisting in managing daily security operations across the SMRT network.
• Reviewing security processes and operations procedures.
• Coordinating and conducting security exercises, including red teaming exercises, to enhance workforce vigilance and discipline.
• Supporting and implementing security education and awareness programs for staff and vendors.
• Liaising and coordinating with internal business units regarding the implementation of security measures and procedures.
• Conducting Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA) on SMRT premises, including evolving threats, and providing inputs for possible mitigating enhancements.

Qualifications & Work Experience

General Description:

This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.

• Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
