Job Summary

Lead construction site activities for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely progress, resource allocation, safety compliance, and effective coordination with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress to identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies such as work re-sequencing to maintain schedule
• Allocate and manage manpower and equipment resources to ensure timely completion of construction tasks
• Lead and supervise the construction team to execute all site activities efficiently and safely
• Review and assess method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant construction practices
• Coordinate with subcontractors and interfacing trades to align work schedules and resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with the Site Safety Team to enforce workplace safety regulations and standards
• Evaluate subcontractors’ construction plans and programs, providing constructive feedback for improvement
• Prepare and present weekly reports on site progress and planning to Clients and Consultants
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and other contractors to address and resolve site-related issues promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• 5-10 years of site experience leading large construction projects valued over $10M or of similar scale and complexity
• Experience with Authority process: PUB/LTA
• Familiarity with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Local experience with traffic diversion, services diversion, and drain diversions

Working Experience And Skill Requirement IT Programmer

a. Must be able to speak and write English proficiently;

b. Have at least three (3) years' post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles;

c. Have at least three (3) years' post graduate experience using MS OS such as Windows 7 or higher and Microsoft Outlook;

d. Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing; to analyze test results and to take corrective action.

For Java Requirement

The Programmer shall be required to:

a. Have three (3) years’ experience, within the past four (4) year’s timeframe, in each of the programming skills: - JSP,

- Servlet,

- Java Bean,

- Java Script,

- Session management

b. Have two (2) years’ experience, within the past three (3) year’s timeframe, in coding programs using each of the skills:

The Programmers shall be required to:

i. Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools and coding conventions;

ii. Prepare and document test data;

iii. Prepare and set up testing and production environment;

iv. Prepare and maintain program and system documentation;

v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;

vi. Produce deliverables according to group standards and procedures;

vii. Assist Project Leaders in the study and design of application systems and work coordination, project management and user training work;

viii. Troubleshooting and supporting end-users in the implementation and maintenance of application systems;

ix. Train other contract programmers in the relevant skills;

x. Participate in Disaster Recovery activities eg simulation exercise at Disaster Recovery sites;

xi. Learn / pick up new programming skills related to System Development and Maintenance as assigned by the supervisors;

xii. Any other tasks related to System Development and Maintenance as assigned by the supervisors.

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department

Job Responsibilities:

- To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.

- To liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.

- To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

- To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.

- To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.

- To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.

- To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

- Certification course on BIM Management.

- Minimum 8 years of working experience in BIM Management.

- Detailed Engineering knowledge with design and Engineering experience.

- Detailed knowledge of Singapore code of Practices, regulations and specifications for the construction industry.

- Resourcefulness and ability to perform to perform under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills.
