Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation.
• Drive change management and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.

• Support the International Controllers Change Management team on time-bound regulatory change initiatives, primarily focused on APAC reporting requirements.

• Deliver key outputs for the Reporting program and other APAC initiatives, including enhancements to the strategic Axiom reporting infrastructure.

• Analyse regulatory guidance and act as a subject matter expert to translate requirements into clear user stories for regulatory reporting modules.

• Reduce operational risk by streamlining and automating manual processes, leveraging tools such as Alteryx and Power BI where system solutions are unavailable.

• Challenge existing reporting approaches where appropriate to ensure regulatory compliance and robustness.

• Document processes, assumptions, and key decisions to support implementation and transition to production teams.

• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates to senior audiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience in APAC regulatory and financial reporting (capital, liquidity, financial/statistical), with an international scope.

• Solid understanding of regulatory rules, reporting instructions, and control expectations within a regulatory reporting environment.
