This role will lead the full spectrum of financial management activities for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), including financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, compliance, and financing matters.  

This role interfaces closely with senior management, board committees, auditors, external partners, trustees, and operational teams, and plays a key role in supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives. 

Core responsibilities 

Financial Reporting & Compliance 

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the REIT, including consolidated accounts, variance analysis, and periodic management reporting. 

• Prepare statutory financial statements, accounting papers, and announcements (Quarterly Business Updates, HalfYear Results, Annual Reports).

• Support scenario modelling and fundraising evaluations (debt facilities, refinancing, capital management). 

3. Taxation & Regulatory Management 

• Manage corporate tax, GST submissions, and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements. 

• Maintain and review Interested Party Transactions (IPTs) and ensure Trustee compliance. 

4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management 

• Advise on operational cash needs, loan covenants, working capital, and cashflow positions to ensure optimal liquidity management. 

• Support financing activities, including debt refinancing, loan documentation, and liaising with banks. 

5. Stakeholder & Cross Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with operations, leasing, asset management, and shared services teams to provide financial insights and improve business performance.

Educational specifications & Skillset

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, effective team management, and excellent client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites

Manage and lead a team of cleaning staffs, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

Liaise with clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure service satisfaction

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary

Handle staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and resolving disciplinary matters

Prepare reports on cleaning performance, incidents, and staff productivity

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations or urgent client requests

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Operations Manager, or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety standards

Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when necessary

Possession of a valid driver’s license

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management, with supervisory responsibilities.

• Drive in year revenue growth by optimising the go-to-market strategy for Airwallex products and channels, shaping the strategies with detailed local market knowledge, e.g., leading market research to identify new product opportunities, analyzing pricing strategies, implementing data-driven vertical strategies and running go-to-market experiments

• Lead a variety of growth expansion projects to expand Airwallex’S presence in Singapore by partnering with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the business

• Advocate for the ‘voice of the customer’, creating customer centric strategies to improve customer experience, retention and to drive broad product adoption

• Drive competitive intelligence and market understanding across markets to ensure competitive GTM strategies and to inform our relative product market fit

• Shape the product strategy to expand Airwallex’s product offering in Singapore, working closely with senior commercial and product leaders to bring new products to market

What You Have...

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting, a startup environment and/or in commercial leadership roles

• Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and working with data reporting tools (Looker, Tableau)

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• An outstanding record of academic achievement

• Fintech, financial services or technology experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous

The Warehouse Operations Manager develops operational processes that are efficient, effective and aligned with organisation guidelines. He/She also takes the lead in managing the efficient storage and deployment of products while managing conflicts on trade transactions with well-versed knowledge in trade regulations and guidelines.

Equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, he is able to collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders in managing the organisation's local and regional trade operations. He is a proactive individual with a methodical mindset, enabling him to address complex issues in a challenging business environment.

Specific Responsibilities
- Develop document processes with partners to ensure safekeeping and delivery of organisation's products.

- Develop guidelines and actions to address issues in the receipt, handling and storage of products.

- Manage relationships with logistics providers on receipt, handling and storage of products.

- Work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities in business operations.

Technical Skills and Competencies
- Administer receiving, processing, delivery and optimisation processes for orders, in order to support business and customer requirements.

- Perform processes in tracking of stock movement via various forms of transport

- Manage receipt, dispatch and storage of goods, and monitor and maintain inventory control to oversee the movement of inventory effectively
