The Opportunity:

Acts in an actuarial capacity, performing duties which are of a mathematical and/or financial nature in order to provide highly accurate data and analyses for use by Actuaries in the evaluation of loss reserves. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field is usually required.
• Professional qualifications such as the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) or Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) can also be beneficial in advancing your career as a Valuation Actuarial Support Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in statistical analysis software such as Excel including VBA, RStudio,and Power BI.

The Role : As the Administrative Executive for Comms and Worship & Music (W&M), you will play a vital supportive role in executing our communications strategy and managing W&M administration. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication collaterals and online forms that engage both internal and external stakeholders and align with the church's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital & Social Media: Manage and update the church's website and social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Provide weekly updates to members via WhatsApp and Telegram, and schedule, edit, and publish livestreams.
• Worship & Music Coordination: Partner with the W&M teams to prepare service slides, collate materials for services, and manage schedules for service chairs and communion stewards. You will also liaise with speakers to secure sermon details and assist in reporting song usage to CCLI.
• Church-wide Communications: Edit, proofread, and publish the weekly e-bulletin. You will collaborate with the Communications Committee on publicity initiatives and coordinate the drafting, design, and distribution of Pastor’s Letters.
• Administrative Management: Create and manage registration e-forms (Google Forms, Microsoft Forms) for major church events. Maintain and update the church calendar and tiny URL links, compile local conference reports, and provide general administrative support as assigned.

1. Corporate budgeting and planning
Own and manage the construction and realization of corporate's annual operation plan, monthly budget fulfillment, forecast and review of revenue and sales pipeline, to ensure corporate's end to end financial operations are positively contributing to achieving corporate growth targets.

Identify sales and operational productivity targets based on pipeline and service fulfillment movements to increase team awareness of management’s corporate goals, as well as identify and drive urgent actions required to manage potential risks and disruptions in sales and operations.

Build and analyze account management of pareto accounts to support sales planning of market development.

4. Human capital management
Identify development targets for team members and assist team members to continuously increase and expand the dept of their analytical output quality, as well as continuous evaluation of staff performance and identify rectifying actions if needed or proposals for numerations adjustments to ensure all team members are contributing in fulfilling corporate goals.

• Assist in timetabling and scheduling of programmes and courses, including liaising with timetabling representatives for amendments.

• Maintain and prepare accurate content for programme handbooks, including collating responses from course coordinators.

• Coordinate with tutors, participants, and internal units to ensure seamless programme administration.

• Check programme structure inputs in the new Student Management System.

• Provide administrative support for events organised by the Office of Teacher Education and Undergraduate Programmes (TEUP).

• Attend meetings with students and prepare minutes.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Elementary School Principal

JOB GOAL: The Learning Support Teacher provides quality instruction and support to identified students. Student support is provided through consultation with teachers to recommend specific strategies and accommodations (Level 1 support), classroom push-in/co-teaching with homeroom teacher (Level 2 support), and more intensive one-on-one support for students with higher support needs (Level 3 support). He/She is responsible for collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement support strategies and accommodations for all classes, in alignment with the school's learning standards and objectives. He/She also closely monitors student progress, provides timely feedback to students and other teachers and consistently communicates student progress to parents so that students’ learning growth is maximized. The Learning Support Teacher is also responsible for the supervision of students during recess/lunch duties as needed/required.

Learning Support Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers and principal(s) to identify and assess students exhibiting learning needs in the classroom, following the school's learning support referral process and Response to Intervention (RTI) procedures.
• Identify curricular and instructional goals for Level 1, 2, and 3 learning support students.
• Plan and write Learning Support Plan (LSPs) including semester updates and accommodations necessary for students to meet their goals.
• Meet with parents, teachers, and administrators (as appropriate) to approve Learning Support Plan (LSPs) for students (yearly).
• Observe Level 1 students in various general education classes regularly.
• Meet with Level 2 students regularly, according to needs and classroom schedules.
• Meet with teachers regularly to support students in the classroom through behavioral approaches and accommodations based on observation and documentation of student learning needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure student plans and needs are fulfilled.
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers to help learning support students reach their goals and achieve success in all curricular classes (special emphasis on Math and English Language Arts).
• Strategically co-plan and intentionally co-teach with classroom teachers, implementing various models of co-teaching to support students in the general education classroom.
• Read, file, and distribute (where appropriate) psycho-educational evaluations and documentation regarding academic needs for students.
• Collaborate with the Admissions Team and principal(s) to screen incoming students requiring academic support services.
• Complete referral forms for students transferring to new schools or requiring input for psycho-educational evaluations.
• Collaborate with school counselors, as needed, to provide documentation for student accommodations for College Board assessments.
• Communicate with parents, students, and other professional staff regarding student progress (behavioral and academic).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and principals to determine appropriate behavior plans for students in the classroom.
• Assess the learning of students on a regular basis and maintain student records; update LSPs each year.

Classroom Responsibilities:

• Relate instructional objectives to student needs. Plan, prepare and execute appropriate lessons, utilizing appropriate resource materials and activities to meet student needs.
• Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide for creative teaching to reach the whole child as stated in the ICS mission statement.
• Maintain proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises utilizing developmentally appropriate discipline plans. Consistent consequences are expected except in extenuating circumstances.
• Affect student learning through mastery of the subject material by utilizing research-based teaching techniques to achieve curriculum goals within the framework of the school’s philosophy.
• Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum.
• Maintain regular and accurate attendance and grade records to meet the demands for a comprehensive knowledge of each student’s progress.

Professional Expectations:
