Job descriptions:

• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.

• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.

• Managing the Sales Executive turn system.

• Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.

• Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.

• Provide refreshments to customers.

• General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job.

• Customer oriented with high level of service attitude.

• Good communication and social skills

• Hardworking, extrovert, people focused and enthusiastic.

• Have basic MS Office and data entry skills.

• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.

• Willing to work in out of office locations when requested.

Job Summary

Class 3 Truck Sales cum Cold Room Warehouse Assistant responsible for managing inventory control, unloading containers, handling deliveries, and performing quality checks and palletizing in a cold chain warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control for retail deliveries to supermarkets using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness
• Organize and coordinate the unloading of containers to prepare goods for customer handover efficiently
• Drive a 10-14 foot box chiller truck to deliver goods safely to customer locations
• Perform quality checks on goods in the cold chain warehouse to ensure compliance with standards
• Pick and palletize products accurately within the cold chain warehouse to prepare for shipment
• Carry loads up to 10kg safely during warehouse and delivery operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 manual driving license held for at least one year
• Maintain physical fitness to carry loads up to 10kg safely during work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse or delivery operations
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and customers

Technical Sales Engineer (Outdoor)

• Working Days:  Monday to Friday
• Working Hour: 8am to 5.30pm
• Working Location: Ubi
• Salary: $ 4k to $6k (No Commission)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year or more experience in the electronics field preferably in components sale
• Familiar with Semiconductor design and application 
• Class 3 driving license
• IEEE graduates an advantage but diploma holders must have electronics background
• Must have good knowledge of local electronics business and be prepared to work hard meet the company’s goals and objectives
• Understand what is a Memory, Logic, MosFets etc.. (Will provide training if needed)
   

 Job Scope:

• Drive product line & develop strategies
• Create business opportunities with potential customers
• Conduct market survey
• Prospect for new accounts
• Service existing customers
• Provide market trend feedback
• Assist in price negotiations and customer delivery issues
• Knowledge of electronic component business
• Must be able to work independently with purchasing and design engineers
• Knowledge of semiconductors (Analog / Digital)
• Technical competency
• Flexibility to work long hours if needed to finish the daily assignments or to take on a new role if needed
