• Make effort to upgrade oneself to meet / exceed present standards through attendance of construction courses by BCA or equivalent institutions and also study on cost saving methods that are feasible for site usage.
• Able to accept additional work that form part of the project team’s own work activities which will assist in cost saving.
• Provide Guidance to new / fresh site supervisor that join the company to ensure seamless integration to the team without affecting the site progress.
