Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience in HVDC, substations, power transmission, or large-scale electrical projects.

• Similar experience on OCP or OCS station or large AC projects

• Experience in site-based engineering, commissioning, or construction support preferred.

• Knowledge of LV secondary systems, protection & control, cabling, and electrical installation preferred.

• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, cable systems, and equipment interfaces.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

• Understanding of technical documentation related to the activity (SLD, Layouts and Erection drawing, Principles, Mechanical specifications, Equipment data sheets, BoM, OMM etc)

RTL Design and Verification

• Develop synthesizable RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog for custom on-chip test, monitoring, and diagnostic IP targeting analog and mixed-signal failure detection.
• Design and verify digital logic blocks such as test controllers, sequencing logic, sensor/interface control logic, measurement and monitoring logic, data capture and comparison logic, and failure detection and reporting logic.
• Build clean register and bus-connected interfaces, for example APB, AHB, or AXI-lite based control and status paths, to enable firmware interaction and subsystem integration.
• Develop testbenches, assertions, checkers, and block or subsystem-level verification environments to validate controller behavior, detection logic, configuration programming, fault response, and status reporting.
• Plan and execute functional verification for normal, corner, negative, and fault-injection scenarios, with adequate coverage of critical diagnostic behaviors.
• Collaborate with analog and mixed-signal designers to create or use behavioral models, stubs, and interface abstractions for realistic verification of failure mechanisms and observability paths.
• Debug RTL and simulation issues through waveform analysis, assertion-based checks, root-cause investigation, and close interaction with integration and product teams.
• Ensure the RTL is modular, reusable, timing-aware, synthesis-friendly, and scalable for integration across multiple SoC derivatives.

SoC Integration

• Integrate custom DFT / diagnostic IP into SoC subsystems and system-level test architecture with proper consideration for clock/reset structure, interrupt handling, and status visibility.
• Work closely with SoC integration and DFT teams to ensure compatibility with system test infrastructure, production test flows, diagnostic mechanisms, and firmware control requirements.
• Support integration readiness by addressing CDC, reset interactions, timing considerations, low-power implications, and implementation handoff requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with digital, analog, and mixed-signal design teams, DFT engineers, SoC architects, and product/test engineering teams throughout the design and validation cycle.
• Translate analog or mixed-signal failure modes into robust digital detection logic suitable for on-chip test, screening, and diagnosis.
• Contribute to technical discussions on architecture tradeoffs, observability strategy, and practical silicon debug readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Practical experience in RTL verification, simulation, and debugging methodologies.
• Solid understanding of ASIC / SoC design flow including coding, simulation, synthesis, and integration.
• Good foundation in digital design concepts such as FSM design, datapath design, bus protocols (AXI/AHB/APB), clock-domain handling, reset strategy, and timing considerations.
• Experience working in complex SoC environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing control, monitoring, or diagnostic IP associated with analog or mixed-signal subsystems.
• Exposure to behavioral modeling or interface definition for analog and mixed-signal verification use cases.
• Familiarity with subsystem-level integration, production screening considerations, and silicon debug support.
• Working knowledge of scripting or automation for verification, regression, or design productivity is an advantage.

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 SoftwareEngineer to design, develop, and maintain customised solutions within theDynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely withbusiness and Infocomm Technology stakeholders to translate requirements intotechnical solutions whilst ensuring system performance, security, andscalability.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution for CRM module, including gathering requirements, designing and development, module configurations or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications and ensure all functionalities work effectively with all other integrated/interfaced applications.
• Responsible for development, deployment, testing and technical documentation for operations and support of the MD365, and related application integrations.

• Customization and Configuration:
• Utilize your expertise in SQL and .NET to customize MD365 forms, entities, fields, forms, view, workflows, and queries to meet business requirements.
• Implement plugins, custom workflows, and integration solutions to extend MD365 functionalities.
• Customize workflows to align with business processes.

• Integration:
• Develop integration solutions to connect MD365 with other business applications, leveraging SQL databases and .NET frameworks using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

• Technical Support and Maintenance:
• Provide technical support to post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades and patches.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of MD365 systems.

• Documentation:

·       Createcomprehensive documentation including system architecture, configurations, andcustomizations for reference.

·       SystemPerformance Improvements:

·       Conductproduct evaluations of upgrades to the MD365 system.

• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and deployment using modern development tools
• Manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the MD365 platform.
• Analyze user support statistics and related data to recommend appropriate measures.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical working experience in cloud or web applications development
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL for data manipulation, querying, and reporting.
• Experience with .NET framework and development languages such as C# for customization and integration tasks.
• Strong DevOps background with hands-on experience in GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, X-Ray, security scanning tools, and automated testing frameworks  
• Has completed at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Possess Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (MB-500, MB-820) and in-depth understanding of MD365 concepts, modules, and functionalities.
• Familiarity with SHIP-HATS and AWS cloud services is advantageous
