Our client is looking for you to lead day-to-day operations of a major shopping mall and mixed-use asset, managing M&E systems, tenant coordination, and asset improvements to enhance operational performance and tenant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large-scale retail-led development to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction
• Manage building services and M&E systems to maintain uptime, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance
• Lead internal teams and external contractors to deliver effective facilities management and maintenance services

Senior Project Manager

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline
• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant construction industry experience, including at least 10 years in project management and senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering at least two construction projects with individual contract values exceeding S$300 million.

The role is accountable for achieving project objectives across Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SEQDC) while ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project execution throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives and SEQDC targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery programmes.
