• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme
• Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, preferably a degree recognized by BOA
• Min 5-7 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building project
• Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements

JobDescription
.Carry out electrical installation works for commercial, industrial, andbuilding projects, including:

·Cablelaying and termination

·Installationof conduits, trunking, and cable trays

·Installationof distribution boards (DBs), isolators, switches, sockets, and lighting points

·Read andinterpret construction and electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, andlayout plans to execute work accurately.

·Prepare,route, and secure cables according to drawings and site conditions, ensuringneat workmanship and safety compliance.
Assist in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification ofelectrical systems as required.

·Ensureall works comply with Singapore electrical standards and relevant Codes ofPractice.

·Coordinatewith site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely projectcompletion.

·Adherestrictly to site safety regulations and company safety procedures at all times.

·Demonstrate good practical skills in cable routing, termination, and installation of electrical fixtures and accessories.

·Coordinate with the Project Manager on daily planning and project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements
·Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical installation work forconstruction or renovation projects.

·Candidatesshould possess at least an ITE qualification.

·Willing and able to work overtime and at various project sites as required.

·Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Scope of Work & Duties

• Conduct site visits and prepare pre-tender estimates, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop cost estimations and perform cost comparisons.
• Source materials and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Prepare and manage documentation for Extensions of Time (EOT), monthly progress claims, potential variation orders, and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ work and recommend payments while verifying invoices against delivery orders.
• Attend site and technical meetings to address project requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project needs.
• Draft and submit accurate quotations for project work.
• Assist the Project Manager with progress reports, site reports, and site material requisitions.
• Prepare and submit claims for variation works in compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure proper project account closure and finalization.
• Track design and construction changes, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting.
• Track and monitor maintenance cases in the Computerised Integrated Facilities Management system
• Flag out maintenance cases to sub-contractors to respond on cases within our KPI requirement.
• Ensure sub-contractors follow up and closure on outstanding maintenance cases in the system.
