1. Supply Growth & Network Expansion

·      Drives and support the execution the multi-year roadmap for Vita Coco’s sourcing and production expansion across Southeast Asia based on defined and aligned strategic framework

·      Support the development of long-term partnerships framework and contracting principles, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Planning, and Tech teams to ensure respective standards are captured

2. Market Intelligence & Insight

·      Build and maintain a comprehensive regional supply map to guide strategic sourcing decisions and identify gaps or opportunities for expansion and resilience

3. Supplier Systems & Processes

·      Coordinate and work with technical and planning stakeholders to establish a supplier classification framework to assess maturity, capability and performance across the network

·      Develop the structure for how supplier information, metrics, and ESG data are captured, tracked, and shared —forming the foundation for a future vendor management system.

4. Responsible Sourcing & ESG

·       Establish and embed responsible sourcing and traceability standards into supplier selection and management systems to ensure ESG is integrated into business growth

·      Build and integrate ESG metrics and tools into sourcing and production workflows in partnership with the technical and SIS teams, enabling supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement (e.g. HowGood, integrity scorecards)

·      Map and analyze agricultural practices, supply trends, and climate risks to identify key sustainability opportunities and risks and inform sourcing innovation and long-term growth strategies

·       Collaborate with SIS and Vita Coco Community Foundation teams to design and fund programs that strengthen smallholder livelihoods, social impact, regenerative agriculture, and climate resilience

• Establish an agronomy network across Southeast Asia, prioritizing collaboration with government agricultural ministries, to support responsible sourcing, innovation, and capacity building
• Develop and institutionalize best-in-class agronomic practices and varietal insights to improve coconut quality, yield, and ecosystem resilience, embedding this knowledge into sourcing and supplier engagement strategies

Execute and optimise ELLO’s social media presence across all key D2C channels - turning strategy into consistent, high-quality content that grows our audience and drives meaningful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1.    SocialMedia Execution

-       Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned to our campaign strategy and key brand moments

2.    PerformanceReporting & Analytics

-       Track weekly performance across all channels: reach, impressions, CTR, engagement rate, follower growth

-       Compile clear, concise reports and surface early signals - positive or negative

-       Support analysis of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and conversion data

-       Maintaina living record of what content types, formats, and messaging are performing

3.    A/B Testing & Optimisation

-       Run structured A/B tests on creatives, captions, CTAs, and posting times as directed

-       Document results clearly and contribute to a shared test-and-learn log

-       Proactively flag optimisation opportunities based on data patterns

4.    Content& Creative Support

-       Write captions, craft hooks, and adapt messaging to each platform’s tone and format

-       SourceUGC, support influencer outreach coordination, and help manage creator relationships

-       Stay ahead of platform and content trends - bring fresh, well-reasoned ideas to weekly planning sessions

-       Ensure brand consistency and quality across all published content

5.    Working with the team

-       Attend regular syncs to align on priorities, campaigns, and content direction

-       Surface insights, ideas, and blockers proactively - don’t wait to be asked

What You’re Accountable For

Ideal Profile

-       2–4years of hands-on experience in social media, digital, or content marketing

-       Solid understanding of key metrics: engagement rate, CTR, reach, impressions, CAC, conversion rate

-       Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok creator tools, or similar platforms

-       Strong writing skills - can adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences

-       Comfortable with data: reading a dashboard, spotting a trend, flagging an anomaly

-       Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented - a content calendar does not slip on your watch

-       Proactive communicator who flags issues early and brings solutions, not just problems

-       Exposure to paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) is a strong plus

-       PriorD2C, e-commerce, or startup experience is a strong plus
