Job Title: Guest Service Lead (Front-of-House)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,100 base
On-Target Earnings: $3,800+ monthly (including night shift allowances, transport claims, and performance bonuses)

The Role
We are looking for a confident front-of-house professional to own our guest experience. You will manage the floor, guide service flow, and ensure every guest feels attended to from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the door: Greet guests, manage the waitlist, and seat tables efficiently

• Guide menu recommendations and process orders accurately

• Handle reservation calls, emails, and basic admin tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and service station

• Deliver food and drinks with attention to detail

• Anticipate guest needs before they ask

• Support the team during rushes

Job Description:

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the organizational/technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contracts specifications.

Requirements:

• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various Dell PowerEdge and PowerStore systems, including OMES Plug-In, SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivity systems.
• You will also be responsible for managing and performing diagnostics on Dell EMC PowerEdge servers, as well as utilizing various tools such as iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK for software updates and troubleshooting.

Job Scope:

Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.

• Participate in service and repair of gas detectors, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.

• Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Service team.

• Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.

• Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.

• To provide support to other service activities that may be assigned in the course of work

• Effective communication of technical information to employees, customers and external parties in an accurate and concise manner in both a written and verbal media.

• To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activities as per requested by the company.
