We are looking for a HR Assistant / Executive is responsible for all aspects of leave processing, staff health insurance, support staff recruiting and onboarding and supply faculty. They ensure that all aspects of the applications to the Ministry of Manpower are running smoothly and efficiently. This role will manage the relationships with our staff and external providers. A successful candidate will be an experienced team player who brings enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support and manage recruitment activities including, ensuring job descriptions are kept up-to-date, job posting on the school website and job websites, coordinating the shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring reference checks are completed.

2. Supporting day-to-day administration of Supply Teachers and staff.

9. Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as UK guidelines, particularly with regards to educational provision, health and safety initiatives and child safeguarding and ensure that all students and staff maintain these standards
