• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including payment processing, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense monitoring.

The Pricing Analyst supports pricing activities for the Singapore market through strong analytical capability and disciplined pricing execution.

This role works closely with VP Pricing and Commercial Operations, APAC, and Finance to support pricing strategy implementation, manage pricing analytics, and enhance margin performance. The position plays an important role in enabling value-based pricing, improving pricing transparency, and supporting profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

Pricing Analysis & Execution Support

• Support implementation of pricing strategies and pricing governance as defined by regional pricing leadership
• Assist with deal pricing execution, including price validation, discount analysis, and approval support
• Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems, tools, and commercial processes

Margin & Performance Analytics

• Conduct pricing and margin analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities (e.g. price realization, discount levels, mix impact)
• Support tracking of pricing KPIs and preparation of regular pricing performance reports
• Provide analytical support to help drive value capture and margin improvement

Competitive & Market Analysis

• Support competitor pricing monitoring and benchmarking for the Singapore market
• Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to support pricing decisions
• Maintain structured pricing and competitive data for analysis and reporting

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain teams to support pricing execution
• Act as a pricing support contact for commercial teams on pricing-related topics
• Support communication and clarification of pricing rules, policies, and best practices

Process Improvement & Governance

• Support continuous improvement of pricing processes, analytics, and reporting tools
• Ensure pricing activities comply with internal pricing policies and governance standards
• Assist VP Pricing and Commercial Operations, APAC in documenting pricing processes and standardizing execution practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, sales operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of pricing fundamentals (cost-plus vs value-based pricing, margin, discounting)
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with ERP or pricing systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
• Clear communication skills and a structured, disciplined working approach

Responsibilities:

• Collate relevant and important data that are pertinent to the research assignment delivered by the Company and perform quantitative analysis on the data to provide insights, analysis and forecast of industry development;
• Researching, writing and publishing a series of reports on a topic-by-topic basis that would also contribute to a benchmarking library on the topic;
• Design questionnaire/survey according to the scope of work required, conduct interviews with industry players to collate required data and information and developing excellent power point presentation to share its findings;
• Contribute to the reputation of the Company and its research business through all forms of client contact, speaking engagements, press interviews and general availability for marketing and related activities.

• Ability to undertake and execute strategic research work including developing research methodologies, conducting primary fieldwork (which involves, sourcing an conducting interviews with primary sources in the industry) collating primary data, designing conceptual models, writing and presenting reports as required for our industry;

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Sales Analyst at Amphenol FCI Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for sales data analysis, reporting, strategy development, and performance evaluation. Key duties include data collection, trend analysis, sales forecasting, report creation, communication with stakeholders, and staying updated on industry trends.

MAINDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather and analyze sales data from various sources (e.g. spreadsheets, reports).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales performance.
• Perform simple analysis and forecasting to predict future sales.
• Ensure data integrity by validating sources, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining data governance/definitions for KPIs.

Reporting and Communication:

• Create and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Present data interpretations and insights to stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to sales teams and management.
• Standardize reporting cadence and automate recurring reports to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Translate complex data into clear executive summaries, insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership.

 Sales Strategy Development:

• Identify opportunities for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support territory/account planning by analyzing white space, account potential, coverage models, and route-to-market effectiveness.
• Assist in sales incentive/commissionreporting and performance tracking, ensuring alignment to plan rules and targetsetting.

Sales Performance Evaluation:

• Evaluate sales representatives' performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success.
• Monitor pipeline health and funnel KPIs (coverage, aging, stage conversion, forecast accuracy) and flag risks/opportunities early.
• Prepare materials for business reviews.

Sales Operations and Process Improvement:

• Own and maintain sales operating metrics and definitions, ensuring consistent measurement across the region.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., standard templates, workflow streamlining, reduced manual work).
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain on forecast inputs, demand planning assumptions, and alignment to cycles where applicable.
• Support sales systems master data and setup (accounts, hierarchy, product mapping) in partnership with relevant system owners.

1. Budget management, including tracking of funding availability, budget forecast, cashflow projection, preparation of internal budget reports for management review and coordination with respective stakeholders.

Integration & Platform Engineering

• Design integration between: Payment Hub / RFP Orchestrator, Payment gateway, Core banking, ledger, AML, fraud 
• · Use existing microservices blueprints for: Error propagation and code mapping, Schema validation and transformation, Event lifecycle management, Callback patterns and async updates 

Testing, Deployment & Operational Readiness

• Lead SIT/UAT/E2E test scenario design for: Corporate Internet Banking Channels, Entitlements, Auth matrix, Pre-payment flow like payment initiation, validation and submission, Timeouts, retries, negative tests 
• Work with Engineering & Ops to ensure: Monitoring dashboards and alerts, Reconciliation and exception queues, Runbooks for replay, retry and operational fixes 
• Support scheme certification and phased deployment.
