RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our digital strategy
• Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions
• Develop and design AI/ML systems
• Conduct data collection, interviews, or other live research activities.
• Responsible to generate periodic research reports and presentation decks
• Build knowledge and expertise to develop and promote technology adoption internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters Degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with Python, C++ and machine learning frameworks such as pytorch, tensorflow, Theano, scikit-learn would be advantageous
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, and distributed model training an advantage

• Salary: up to S$6,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

Key Highlights:

• Support research survey operations through data entry, respondent follow-ups, and document control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact companies via phone or email to support completion of survey forms
• Respond to inbound email and phone enquiries professionally
• Perform data entry and cross-check submitted forms to ensure accuracy
• Follow up with companies that have not submitted survey responses
• Track survey response rates and send regular reminders to non-responsive entities
• Engage with stakeholders to encourage timely survey completion
• Source for company UENs and contact details
• Distribute survey forms via email or postal mail
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve survey processes and efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable learning and using digital tracking systems
• Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Able to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively
