Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet lounge passengers positively and politely.

· Clear plates and used cutlery from passengers’ tables, politely and promptly.

· Ensure that the overall cleanliness of the lounge is well maintained.

· Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, or lounge offerings.

· Promptly clean all tables, chairs, and sofas, after passengers have vacated the area.

· Replenish all coolers and bar counters with the necessary drinks and table accessories.

· Ensure quick and correct order fulfillment and delivery

· To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.

· Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.

· Ability to read, write and converse in English.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good customer service skills.

· Adaptable to change and a good team player.

· Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours.

· Comfortable with laborious/physical work.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, especially in busy or high-traffic areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours, based on airport operations.

Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

o Execute assigned area of responsibility (e.g. greeter, runner, bartender, cashier) based on SOP

o Set up restaurant for service day, which include but not limiting to checking on availability of food item and special menu, guest reservation status, service area set-up, cash register and payment machines

o Provide service to customers

o Execute proper cash management

o Preparation and serving of all drinks, beverages and dessert items

Restaurant Management & Planning

o Address customers’ complaints in accordance to guidelines and to escalate issues to supervisors when necessary

o Identify and report all potential problems and to provide recommendations pertaining to the provision of services, food quality and cleanliness

Quality Assurance & Control

o Comply with SOP and safety requirements

o Ensure quality of food is up to the prescribed standard

o Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained by inspecting and cleaning of all utensils and restaurant area

o Identify and report unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors pertaining to personal and food safety

People Management

o Perform as a reliable team member and communicate clearly and audibly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and executes repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting operations in both outdoor and indoor environments.
• When outdoor repairs are not required, tasks are performed within the company workshop.

Qualifications:

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with knowledge of AC & DC motors, single-phase and three-phase systems, lead-acid and lithium batteries, electrical control circuits, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in customer support.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Possession of a driving license will be an advantage.
