About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to take overall charge of the Service Bureau (a public-facing service point providing filing, processing and enquiry services) and the eLitigation (a digital platform for electronic court filings) user experience. You will own operational performance, service standards, and the customer experience across both, and serve as the primary conduit to the management of the Judiciary for insights, reporting, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Vendor and Operations Oversight

•      Serve as the primary point of contact and work closely with the Judiciary to monitor the appointed vendor’s operational performance against KPIs and service level commitments of the Service Bureau

•      Conduct regular service reviews, audits, spot checks and review operational reports and validate against on-the-ground observations

Your job is to point that capability at the sector: to find where money moves across healthcare and turn what SingX already does into propositions healthcare organisations will buy.
This is a build role: you will define the vertical, develop the products, originate the relationships, and grow the revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and build the vertical: Set the commercial strategy and translate sector pain points into payment and treasury propositions on SingX's existing infrastructure.
• Develop and launch new products: Take healthcare payment and treasury propositions from early concept to market - defining the product with SingX's product, payments and compliance teams, shaping the go-to-market, and driving adoption - building on the existing platform rather than starting from scratch.
• Originate and close: Build and own the enterprise pipeline across pharma, biotech, clinical research, hospital networks, insurance, health tourism and digital health -mapping accounts, influencing decision-makers, and closing partnerships through consultative, problem-solving selling.
• Carry the commercial case and the numbers: Build the sizing, pricing, business case and P&L for each proposition, and deliver against agreed targets for client flows, revenue and profitability.
• Be the sector's credible voice: Bridge clinical and industry reality with fintech execution across customers, partners and internal teams alike.

Job Requirements:

• Healthcare expertise (essential): Clinical or medical background with strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and financial flows across the ecosystem.
• Commercial experience: 10+ years in healthcare, with proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, and/or P&L ownership.
• New product development : Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and commercialising new healthcare products or propositions.
• Industry network: Established relationships across pharma, biotech, hospitals and health IT; familiarity with clinical research and insurance ecosystems is an advantage.
• Commercial track record: A record of originating and closing business, building business cases and P&Ls, and delivering through cross-functional, global teams; data-driven and analytical.
• Consultative, entrepreneurial temperament: A problem-solver who tailors solutions to each customer, with the drive to build a category from scratch and a bias for action.
• Commercial training: An MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Payments experience welcome (not essential): You will work alongside SingX's established payments team and platform, so fintech fluency can be built on the job.

• A Director, Project Engineering is responsible for all the technical aspects of project implementation and commissioning. Director, Project Engineering leads a team of Project Engineering Manager and System Engineers to support the Project Management Team in the implementation process by taking part and leading the related implementation activities based on customer's environment and needs.
• During the design phase of a project, the Director, Project Engineering is required to manage the team to lead technical discussions with both vendors and end customers.
• Subsequently, Project Engineering Team is responsible for leading the creation of various documentations such as low-level design document, user acceptance test documents and network diagrams.
• During implementation, Director, Project Engineering’s role is to lead the implementation team to resolve any challenges related to technical aspects for successful implementation and commissioning.

Drive development of CSI Technology Data Center customers by understanding the customer and their growth strategy, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and pursuing business development together with Business Units within the region and India. PRE-SALES
In the respective Region, the Regional Customer Director (RCD) supports the Global Customer Director (GCD):

Strategic account planning 
• Provide input to Customer Development Plan, ensure buy-in within DHL for own region, and execute regional actions
• Identify long run prospects, game changing initiatives, innovation and eCommerce agenda in respective region
• Gather intelligence from internal & external sources to understand the customer (e.g. strategies, operational and procurement culture, supply chain maps including intelligence on ops, specs, incumbents, contracts, etc.)

Account Maintenance
* Coordinate customer communications, including contractual and T&C changes
* Act as key contact for customer in the respective region, Channel communication to BU account teams and DHL internal functions in the region
* Conduct regional QRRs and QBRs at operational / strategic levels respectively, with the objective that all meetings develop the relationship.  Provide input to global QRRs/QBRs.
* Drive customer satisfaction survey (CSS) nominations, participation and follow up for her/his customer in the region.
* Partner with AR team and escalate issues with the customer as needed in the region.

Requirement for the Role:

Experience:

• Requires 8-12 years of experience in the Logistics industry (especially data center knowledge), Sector or Customer
