About the Role

We are looking for a mature and reliable Operations Executive to join Elements Wellness. This role covers stock management, supplier ordering, outlet coordination, and general admin. What You Will Do:

• Collect and process monthly stock requisitions from each outlet

The Claims Executive will be expected to manage his / her portfolio of clients. Work with various insurers, loss adjusters etc. and front clients on the claims submitted for General Insurance or Health Insurance related products.

• The Claims Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, and adopt a pro-active approach to advice clients on claims matter and provide technical support to servicing brokers.
• The Executive will front clients’ claim adjudication i.e. from registration till the end of claims life cycle.
• Ensure that claims are registered with insurer within 24 hours.
• Ensure close follow up on claims submission to insurer and claims settlement (cheque will need to be sent out to clients within 48h).
• Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, etc. on claims and negotiate for claims to be reimbursed fairly and timely to clients. Upon receiving of the settlement, we will then explain to clients on the basis of the settlement.
• Prepare and provide weekly / monthly claims activity / review / analysis reports, bordereaux, and claims logs, etc.
• Prepare, review and analyze claims profiling with clients regularly.
• Ensure proper documentation trail submitted by clients and documents are electronically fille and hardcopy filing are maintained as per protocol.

Requirements

• Possess Certificate in General Insurance and/or Health Insurance, CII/SII, ANZIFF or equivalent
• Min 3 years of similar experience
• Experienced claims handler who is able to handle high volume of work
• High integrity, responsive, organized eager to learn.
• Strong in verbal and written communication.

· Preparation of payments for approval

Requirements:

· Accountancy Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.

· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function

· Knowledge of Retail operations is an asset

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Operations Support

• Act as a support liaison for the Sales team during the client onboarding phase, assisting with data gathering and documentation.

2. SOP Documentation & Maintenance Support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing support role is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office / Google Worksuite suite (especially Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• A fast learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

IT Executive

As an IT Executive, you will report to our Manager, IT, responsible for providing IT support and systems trouble-shooting, network management and maintenance of network and e-communications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users (eg connection to network, login issue, email inaccessibility).

• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot:

1. various client and server OS such as Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, Linux, etc.
