• Position Title: Clinic Assistant
• Working Location: Island wide
• Working Hours: 5 days (Rotating Shift)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate collection and entry of personal and medical information
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures as needed
• Prepare consultation rooms, maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment and supplies are available
• Dispense prescribed medications and provide basic medication instructions to patients
• Manage billing, payment collection, and insurance claims processing
• Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and provide information regarding clinic services
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is updated and kept confidential
• Support daily clinic operations, including stock inventory, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks
• Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and care when interacting with patients and colleagues
• Adhere to clinic policies, medical confidentiality guidelines, and infection control protocols

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage
• Able to use basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems, etc.)
• Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented, with a friendly and patient attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifts as required

• Position Title: Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.00am to 5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and statements of accounts.
• Prepare payment vouchers and related accounting documents.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Prepare and send emails to customers regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and general enquiries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, delivery orders, payment vouchers, and other administrative records.
• Support daily office administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job summary:

• Expected salary: $2200 - $2500 per month

- Engage walk-in customers to assist travel enquiries and promote travel packages

- To use Company system to generate invoices and receipts

- Help customers to buy and claim travel insurance online

- Assist in application of visa

- Make calls to customers to promote travel packages

- Maintain office cleanliness

- Any ad-hoc duties required

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:30am to 7:30pm

Saturday: 11:30am to 3:30pm

Requirements :
- Singaporeans， PRs & LTPV

- Training provided

- 1 year or more relevant experience are welcome

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words

- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with management

- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice

- Able to work on Saturdays (halfday)
