Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR cum Admin to support our daily operations in the construction sector. The candidate will be involved in manpower coordination, compliance matters, and procurement support.

Job Responsibilities:
·                    Handle recruitment and onboarding of construction workers
·                    Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations
·                    Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
·                    Liaise with government authorities(MOM, ACRA,BCA etc.) when required
·                    Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including the computation of salaries, allowances, and deductions, as well as wage processing Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documents
·                    Support procurement of construction materials through company-approved vendors
·                    Coordinate with site teams on manpower and material requirements
·                    Provide administrative support at the project site, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
·                    Manage and organize paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
·                    Assist the manager with administrative matters
·                    Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors in a timely manner.
·                    Ensure smooth office operations and assist in improving administrative processes.
·                    Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
·                    Prior experience in construction industry will be an advantage
·                    Experience handling work pass applications is preferred but not required

Working Hours & Location:
·                    Location: Singapore
·                    Working Hours: 5.5 /days workweek (depending on company arrangement)
