Functional Relationships with: Distributors, Customers, Planning, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Logistic & Warehouse and Accounts

The successful candidate will:
The Sales Executive - Distribution Business (Electronics Components) is responsible for managing and expanding/ maximise the distribution network for electronic components to drive sales growth. To achieve all business targets within assigned regions, this role involves:
· Developing strategies to enhance channel performance.
· Building and maintaining relationships with distributors.
· Work as the major communication window for the assign distributors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel management.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, budget projection, business promotion activities to drive revenue growth through distribution channels.
· Monitor sales performance of distribution partners and provide necessary support to achieve sales goals.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the industry and distribution network.
· Conduct Business Meetings/negotiation, customer visitations and regular sales reports
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution partners and clients.
· Handling all inquiries, provide commercial/technical support and training to the assigned distribution partners.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve business goals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customers & prospects pipeline status.
Ability / Competency Required:
· Fresh graduated with bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering/ candidates with a degree in Business (Marketing & Sales) or a related field with 2–3-years relevant working experiences.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
· Results-driven, positive and willing to learn attitude.
· Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
· Familiarity with the Singapore electronics component market and business environment would be advantageous.
