Client Management & Site Visits
· Conduct regular client visits to aquarium shops, commercial tanks and maintenance sites.
· Provide consultation on aquarium livestock compatibility, coral care and tank ecosystem management.
· Support emergency site visits when aquarium issues arise.
· Recommend solutions and additional products to maintain tank stability.
Online Sales & Digital Enquiries
· Manage incoming enquiries from the company website, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
· Provide product recommendations and quotations to customers locally and overseas.
· Update online product listings and respond to customer enquiries.
Import / Export Coordination
· Coordinate with suppliers for aquarium products, livestock and equipment.
· Assist in sourcing and developing new product lines for the company.
· Liaise with logistics partners for shipments and distribution.
Market Expansion
· Identify new retail partners and distributors in Singapore and regional markets.
· Promote company brands and products to aquarium retailers and marine hobbyists.
· Support trade exhibitions and product launches when required.
Technical Aquarium Support
· Provide expert advice on marine fish, corals and aquarium ecosystem management.
· Assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting aquarium problems.
· Support installation and system setup for large aquarium projects.
