Job Description & Requirements

• Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that the Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements
• Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion
• Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work
• Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on site & off site
• Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
• Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
• Provide other services required
• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Must be eligible to apply for an RTO (Resident Technical Officer) certificate under Institution of Engineers, Singapore
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / viaduct / flyover / cut &cover tunnel experience

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct pre-inspection with sub-con.
• To carry out site works according to micro scheduling.
• To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination.
• To conduct internal quality pre-inspection check with subcon.
• Inventory check on daily basis.
• Planning and manage site storage.
• To manage and liaise with workers.
• Control and minimize wastages.
• Receiving materials from suppliers.
• To keep site records (daily journal, concrete cubes, DO, etc. whichever applicable).
• To carry out any other works as instructed
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
• Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.
• Preferably with three (3) years relevant experience in public (HDB) and private residential projects.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An independent, also be able to work in team, can cope in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of BIM would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and provide clear work instructions to warehouse staff.
• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure work plans and targets are achieved.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and delivery of goods.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock status updates, location tracking, and perform periodic stock takes.
• Prepare delivery documentation, dispatch notes, labels, and ensure proper processing of all warehouse documents.
• Investigate, record, and report damaged, missing, faulty, returned, or quarantined goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment or reordering when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, segregation, and organization of warehouse inventory.
• Support assembly operations by preparing components according to Bills of Materials (BOM), conducting system assemblies, and managing location/bin transfers.
• Oversee warehouse housekeeping, safety practices, worker welfare, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements, loading/unloading activities, and provide delivery support when required.
• Manage rack storage operations, monthly replenishment updates, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
