We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, andproactive team member to join our Finance Team.

You will support the Senior Manager in overseeing Accounts Payable and Grant Management functions. This position entails thefollowing duties, including but not limited to:

• Verify purchase requisitions promptly and process invoices and transactions in Accounts Payable Invoice Management Systems in accordance with policies and internal controls
• Prepare reconciliations, aging reports, statement of accounts and accruals by ensuring liabilities are accurately and adequately accounted for based on Financial Reporting Standards
• Perform Accounts Payable variance analysis on spending trends and follow up with stakeholders on variances
• Explore and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance efficiency within the Procure-to-Pay process
• Manage the full scope of grant accounting and ensure compliance with grantor and audit requirements.  
• Participate in system enhancement projects and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualifications with preferably at least 2 years’ experience in financial accounting or auditing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in SAP and AI tools will be an added advantage
• A resourceful team player with excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills who is able to work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrate strong commitment, ownership, and accountability in managing financial records
