The Regional Assistant Digital Manager will work in Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to develop and execute digital initiatives within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, digital content, paid media, KOL) across the region, whilst ensuring brand image excellence.

• Collaborate with market and Trade teams, retailers, and external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize creative and impactful KOL and paid media campaigns, leading all necessary validations needed with Central teams to ensure an elevated brand image in line with brand guidelines
• Manage retro planning and end-to-end execution of campaigns, from launch to KPI tracking
• Manage media content preparation, execution and in-campaign optimizations with media agency
• Prepare briefing kits for KOL campaigns and lead market and/or Training teams for KOL event flow and onsite support to ensure perfect shoot execution

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end purchasing operations, support digital procurement system transitions, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely, accurate procurement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete purchasing processes including purchase order creation, processing, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Support transition from manual to digital purchasing systems by accurately entering data and maintaining records within procurement platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the Corporate Service Procurement Team to source, raise and publish ITT/RFQ/EQV2, evaluate using Price-Quality Methodology, write approval papers for recommendation of Service and/or goods.
• Able to negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure supply of material in most cost-efficient manner within agreed price target and budget.
• Working closely with various Services and requestors/users to review the ITT/RFQ Documents and budget prior to sourcing.

Job Description:

• Prepare annual expense budgets by departments and total expense budget for the company.
• Prepare monthly analysis of actual expenses against budget for reporting to management.
• Prepare proper expense reports and submit to head office timely.

Job Descriptions:

-Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets tracking
