Job Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and general administrative duties (filing, documentation, courier)
• Manage insurance, permits, and company certifications renewal
• Liaise with vendors and raise Purchase Orders (SAP)
• Maintain staff records (attendance, leave, employee data)
• Support recruitment and onboarding process
• Assist in HR documentation, policies, and reports
• Support company events, training, and staff welfare activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Management
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. Infotech) is an advantage
• Able to handle confidential information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
