· Attend to phone-in, email-in and walk-in enquiries

· Schedule appointment for patients

· Manage doctors daily schedule

· Manage payment, petty cash, stock movements, and clinic consumables

· Balance daily sales for clinic/doctor (End of the day closing)

Patient Care;

· Assist doctors in the consultation/treatment room

· Execute and administer "New Patient" procedure (A brief New Patient orientation will be conducted, carry out simple health screenings for the New Patient such as bilateral weight exam and posture check).

· Execute and administer "Report of Findings" procedure (prepare x-rays, explain clinic policies and procedures, explain the clinic financial plans to fund their treatment, etc).

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on production equipment and tools.

Assist in equipment installation, testing, and maintenance documentation as required.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping standards within the work area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise Site Operations: Oversee daily work on-site, managing both sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

Ensure Safety Compliance: Make sure all safety protocols are followed, and all workers comply with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Coordinate the Project: Work closely with the project manager and other teams to keep the project on track and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.

Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems and manage a team effectively.

Knowledge: Experience in structural steel work is a plus.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of working on-site.
