Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in semiconductor industry with strong focus on NAND memory.
• Experience in process integration or module engineering (etch, deposition, CMP, or patterning).
• Proven years of experiences in leading and mentoring a highly-performing and technical engineering teams.
• Proven track record supporting high-volume manufacturing and customer-facing roles.
• Experience with leading NAND manufacturers is highly preferred.

Job Description

• Management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc.
• Implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule.
• Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.
• To liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.
• Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project's budget.
• Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems.
• Ensure subcontractors on-site perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and instructions as appropriate.
• Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department.
• Manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress reports, forecasts, technical problems encountered, etc.
• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering related or IT Computer Science / networking related expertise
• Excellent project and people management skills.
• Hands-on project execution and management
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge on IP data networks
