We are looking for a Product & Innovation Specialist to join a growing Singapore hub, driving product development, continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio.
This is a key role at the intersection of R&D, product engineering and market insight, where your ideas directly shape product performance, quality and future direction.
The level of the role will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement of existing products, focusing on performance, quality and usability
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, test and refine product features and new solutions
• Conduct product testing, validation and root cause analysis to ensure high standards of quality and reliability
• Translate market and user requirements into clear technical inputs to support product development and enhancement
• Support new product development and introduction from concept validation through to commercialisation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes and product specifications
• Provide technical input to support customer-facing teams in understanding product performance and market feedback
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate product positioning
• Continuously propose new ideas, features and improvements to enhance product competitiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science or related technical discipline
• Experience in product development, R&D, application engineering, or technical product roles
• Exposure to product improvement, innovation or quality enhancement work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on testing or laboratory experience preferred
• Proactive, curious and innovation-driven mindset
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
