Key Responsibilities

Daily Store Operations

• Manage the day-to-day running of the store that supports production and site installation teams
• Receive, label, store, and issue tools, materials, and consumables in an organised and timely manner
• Ensure that items are neatly stored, well-labelled, and easy to access
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the store at all times
• 5 Days Work Week

Issuance and Tracking

• Track movement of frequently used items (e.g. adhesives, blades, sealants) and update records accordingly
• Maintain a manual or digital log of items issued to staff or jobs
• Monitor the return of reusable tools and equipment

System Setup & Improvement

• Assist management in setting up a basic inventory tracking system (Excel, manual logs, or software)
• Recommend improvements to the store layout, labelling, or process to improve efficiency and accountability
• Help establish min/max stock levels for key consumables

Stock Monitoring & Replenishment

• Conduct periodic stock checks and highlight low-stock items
• Prepare purchase requests for commonly used materials and tools in advance
• Liaise with Procurement or Purchasing staff to ensure timely restocking

Tool Care & Reporting

• Check and report damaged or missing tools
• Ensure proper storage and handling of equipment to minimise loss or misuse
• Keep a record of high-value tools checked out to individuals or teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a store or stockroom role, preferably in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing
• Familiar with tools and materials used in stone or worktop fabrication is a strong advantage
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Comfortable with manual handling of items (within safe limits)
• Proficient in using Excel or simple inventory logs
• Organised, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in setting up or improving manual stock control systems
• Familiarity with adhesives, abrasives, blades, and other materials related to fabrication and installation
• Forklift license or experience operating store equipment is a bonus

· Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis

· Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.

· Implement carpentry works and inspections.

· Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.

· Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especailly for RC works

E&I Supervisor

Our client is a leading global manufacturer ofpolymer. They are currently seeking for Electrical and InstrumentationSupervisor.

The role of the E&I Supervisor includes:

1.     Organizeand oversee routine maintenance tasks by coordinating with contractors andinternal teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule. Trackdaily progress and update plans for upcoming activities.

2.    Diagnose and address issues in electrical andinstrumentation systems, providing both immediate fixes and preventivesolutions to maintain consistent operational performance.

3.    Work closely with internal staff and external serviceproviders to manage routine services and large-scale shutdowns, includingplanning, on-site supervision, and aligning activities with productionrequirements.

4.    Contribute to the development and improvement ofmaintenance programs aimed at increasing equipment reliability and reducingrecurring failures through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

5.    Oversee spare parts stock levels by tracking usage andreplenishment, and support procurement processes for tools, materials, andmaintenance-related services.

6.    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, includingcalibration data, maintenance logs, and work orders, ensuring adherence to ISOstandards and internal procedures.

7.    Follow company EHS guidelines, support environmentaland safety management systems, promote a safe working environment, and activelyparticipate in efforts to reduce major risks to acceptable levels.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or its equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience as E&I Senior Technician/ Supervisor in a chemical processing plant
3. DCS and PLC system.
