Our Client, a trusted A1-graded contractor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Accounts cum Admin Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records

• Handle general administrative duties and provide office support

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy accounting software will be an added advantage

• Meticulous, responsible, possession of a good working attitude and a team player

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 5.30pm
