This role is about striking the right balance—winning new business while growing and deepening existing client relationships within the Banking, Financial Services (FSI), and Tech space.
You’ll position our staff augmentation solutions as a strategic advantage, helping clients scale with the right talent, at the right time.

What You’ll Do
Hunter – Build the Pipeline
Proactively identify, engage, and win new clients across banking, FSI, and tech sectors.
Drive outbound sales efforts—cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Open doors with C-level and senior stakeholders across HR and Technology.
Convert opportunities into signed deals and long-term partnerships.
Farmer – Grow the Business
Manage and expand existing client accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current engagements.
Build trusted advisor relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term value.
Partner closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in business development / sales within tech staffing or recruitment.
Proven ability to both hunt new business and grow existing accounts.
Existing network within Banking / FSI / Tech is highly advantageous.
Commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence and build trust quickly.
