Responsibilities

• Lead floor-level production execution across assigned programme tasks in a cleanroom environment to meet quality and output targets
• Assign tasks and communicate production instructions clearly to Senior and Assembly Technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor team task execution quality and output consistency to maintain high production standards
• Identify and promptly escalate attendance, performance, and task anomalies to the supervisor for timely resolution
• Perform advanced certified assembly procedures accurately according to programme specifications

What you will be working on:

• Manage end-to-end network service(s) and work with various agencies & departments on contractual matters, SLA and operational issues. The Lead Building Engineer will be a part of the Facility Operations team responsible for operating and maintaining critical systems in our data centers. The Software Asset Management (SAM) Lead is a strategic role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the organization's software estate. 5. License Operations & Compliance

● Centralized Inventory: Maintain a "Single Source of Truth" for all software entitlements, contracts, proof of purchase, and maintenance agreements.

● Allocation & Provisioning: Oversee the distribution of license keys and the allocation of seats via various application administrative consoles (e.g., Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, SuccessFactors, Zoom, Docusign etc.).

● Compliance Management: Ensure the organization remains 100% compliant with EULAs and SaaS terms of service through regular internal reconciliation of deployments against entitlements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Procurement, or IT Operations.

● Process Development: Proven track record of designing and implementing organizational processes from the ground up.

● SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models, "True-up" processes, and cloud-based licensing metrics.
