• Assist HR Manager on preparation of the organisation training plan
• To utilise Oracle Netsuite to allow HR and employees to better track their training activities during the course of the year

Recruitment – Site Staff

• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process (site staff) by following the current hiring procedure and liaising with the project managers. Review and provide suggestions to the current hiring procedure by ensuring current practice is timely and comprehensive
• Deal with the administration required by the HR policies relating to the appointment of newly recruited site staff. This includes BCA verification of new worker, security bond purchase, drafting of the letter of appointment, processing of staff access pass, arrangement of pre – employment medical check-up for work pass holders and assisting on bank account opening. PPE arrangement – ensure store supervisor submit the items collection form back to HR after issuance
• Provide advice and assistance to hiring project managers on staff recruitment for site staff by checking on their pre-employment history on WPOL and coretrade/multiskilling status on construction workforce registration system (CWRS)
• Ensure recruitment process for site staff are compliant to local laws and fair employment practices
• Administer exit process (site staff) – booking of return flight ticket, return of staff access card, work permit, cancellation of work pass etc.

Personnel Administration/ Compensations and Benefits – Site Staff

• Maintain all personnel documents and ensure their confidentiality. Administer and update employees’ database onto HRIS and employees’ personnel file.
• Random checks on attendance. Investigate and understand causes for site staff absences or OT overclaim
• Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation (site staff)
• Process renewals for site staff, and ensure salary increment on renewals are approved by the project directors, submitted together with the performance appraisal and increment is in line with the compensation and benefits policies

Other HR Related Projects & Administrative Tasks

• Updating of vehicle repair and petrol costs (all vehicle related issues)

• Responsible for all import & export shipments.
• Run AOG DESK for Top customers
• Able to handle Logistics & 3rd party Inventory shipments
• Ensure the shipment are done in accordance to requirements and expected schedule.
• Updating shipment status on In-house Online Tracking system.

Requirements:

• Experience at least one year in Export or Import Airfreight operation
• Location: Airfreight Centre, East
• Good pay & shift allowance
• Night Shift Duty from 7pm to 7am.
• 3days work and 3 days off – Rotational shift
• Night Shift Allowance: SGD800.00/Month

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Supervision of Structural job scope
• Must have experience with good class bungalow projects
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
• Start work immediately

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely work site progress records including mandatory quality records
• Carried out and ensure both inspection and taking over of completed works are in compliance to approved design, drawings, and local Authorities requirements and regulations
• Handling of technical and engineering problems.
• Assist the PM in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress in accordance to the master construction programmed adopted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate freight quotations for import and export shipments via air, sea, and land transport
• Analyze shipment details including weight, volume, destination, and Incoterms to determine pricing
• Request and negotiate competitive rates with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to optimize costs
• Calculate total logistics costs covering freight, customs, handling, and surcharges to ensure profitability
• Respond promptly to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to support timely sales processes
• Maintain and update rate sheets and pricing databases for accurate reference
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to assess feasibility and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market trends and freight rate fluctuations to adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to secure business and clarify details

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or pricing roles; entry-level candidates including fresh graduates may be considered
• Experience specifically in air and sea freight pricing is preferred
• Completion of O or A-level education with good communication skills

Other Information

• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,500.00 to SGD 3,000.00 per month

• Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, 5.5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off

• Probation Period: 3 months
