 Title: Event Ticket& MarketPlace Sales Officers

Contract Duration: 6–7 months (Starting Feb 2026)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑orientedindividuals to join our Festivals & Shows Branch as Event Ticket &MarketPlace Sales Officers. You will play a key role in supporting ticketsales, market booths, marketing outreach, and event operations leading up toour major event in July 2026.

Key Responsibility

Ticketing & Customer Engagement

• Generate group ticket sales through outreach to communities, corporates, and government organisations (including cold calls).
• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with group tour scheduling.
• Provide follow-up after sales and maintain proper documentation.

Sales Coordination & Finance Support

• Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales records.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department on revenue tracking.

MarketPlace & Marketing Support

• Assist with MarketPlace booth sales.
• Support marketing efforts, including liaising with an appointed PR agency.
• Help organise and participate in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the July 2026 event.

Operational Support

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
