Job responsibilities

1. Oversee daily order processing; to lead a team of order fulfilment officers to ensure all customers orders are processed and fulfilled in term of product quantity.

9. Compile KPI reports on customer’s order fulfilment performance in term of meeting delivery timing requirement, items ordered, recovery activity and customer issues/complaints.
10. Meet P&L and departmental cost budgeting; optimize the staff productivity with high staff retention rate and maximum job output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
