You will work closely with process development, manufacturing, quality, and external partners to deliver robust, compliant analytical support for pilot-scale projects. Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in chemistry, Analytical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant industry experience; or PhD with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical or biological products.
- Practical knowledge of instrument platforms such as HPLC/UPLC, GC, dissolution, spectroscopic techniques, and wet chemistry assays.
- Experience overseeing method transfer to manufacturing sites or contract laboratories.
- Demonstrated experience in managing laboratory operations, people and budgets.

Product strategy and proposition development

• Refine the strategy and roadmap for health, wellness, and insurance propositions within the bank’s overarching health and wellness proposition.

• Expand the ecosystem of value-added health & wellness capabilities – conduct market scan and key trends, identify and support partnership builds with key ecosystem players.

This is a senior level, client development role for an individual who has built their career at the intersection of enterprise technology and government. You may have operated within government at a senior level, or spent significant time partnering with and selling into public sector organisations.
