Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Structural Drawings: Review structural design drawings and documents submitted by the consultant for constructability, compliance with project specifications and potential clashes with other disciplines. Responsible for timely scheduling and issuance of FW/CBP drawings and sub cons structural shop drawings align with project schedule and construction activities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Structural Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Structural Coordinator on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors. Candidates with C&S consultant firm experience and design background will be preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Part-Time Reservations Coordinator to support the Reservations team in handling room reservations, guest enquiries, reservation administration, and data management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate reservation processing, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting revenue optimisation efforts through efficient reservation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, enter, and update reservation details accurately in the hotel reservation system.

• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, room requests, and guest profile updates in a timely manner.
