Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in Food and Beverage management, including but not limited to, developing business, increasing profitability, staffing, budget and forecast

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that records of all civil and structural engineering works, mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety, etc, are updated in a timely manner and properly kept,
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, variation works, tests, inspections, work progress, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, provisional items or provisional quantities etc,

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.
• Possess good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of pharmaceutical projects under the EPCM model, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with all regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA). The PM will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationship.

Key Responsibilities：

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to GMP and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.

Engineering Coordination

• Oversee engineering deliverables and interface with design teams.
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

Procurement & Contract Management

• Manage procurement of equipment, materials, and services.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Track long-lead items and ensure timely delivery to site.

Construction & Commissioning Oversight

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all works are compliant with local codes and GMP standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface with the client, reporting project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on project milestones.
• Resolve issues and manage changes in project scope efficiently.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Lead project team including engineers, procurement specialists, and construction supervisors.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on progress, budget, risks, and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industry building field/pharma industry construction management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, SAP, etc.).

Preferred:

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Familiarity with process equipment, cleanroom construction, and validation requirements.
